Do I need to open an account to shop with you?

No, you don't have to. You can make purchases and pay as a guest every time.

However, by creating an account with us, you'll be able to order without having to enter your details each time you shop with us. You can register now, or you can start shopping and create your account first before completing your purchase on the shopping cart page.

How can I create an account?

Please click on “Log in/Register” followed by “Create an Account” and fill in your personal details.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When finished, go to your shopping cart and complete your purchase. Check and confirm all information is correct before confirming your purchase and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Mada, Tamari, Sadad and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to process your orders efficiently and reduce errors. We recommend that you check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Enter the code in the checkout field and the amount included in the code will be deducted.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. However, please note that orders will not be shipped until your credit card payment is approved and your billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you can check your order status in "My Account" if you are a registered user.

Having problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add items as long as they are available. There may be instances where an item is in someone else's shopping cart, and therefore the item's status is reflected as "Temporarily Unavailable."
